a morning thought.....

i woke up with this thought on my mind.... i thought i'd share.

"how old would you be if you didn't know how old you were?"

Happy Friday! I'll be on my way to see my niece, Lucy, after work today. I can't wait to squeeze that hubba bubba.. i wish she didn't live so far away.. i hope she remembers me and knows how much i love her.. if i had only one wish that could be granted for me in my lifetime, it would be to have my sister, Randy, and Lucy to move back to Massachusetts.... i know it's not going to happen.. but a girl can dream.. can't she??

addicted to work...

have you ever felt addicted to your work??? well.. i am completely addicted to teaching... i love everything about it.. i love the kids.. i love the colleagues... I LOVE WHAT I DO..

so tonight.. by the time i looked at my clock(which i just got back... thanks Wendy!)... it was 6:50...it was just about that point is when i got a vision... a vision to move my room around.. once again! I also was able to level my books.. (i guessed on about almost everything)... so i finally decided to come home.. and i promised myself to a. clean the kitchen.. b. clean the bathroom.... and c. clean my bedroom... do you think that really happened??? those who know me.. know that those thoughts were just a dream... The dishes are still dirty.. the bathroom sink has had it's better days.. and i should have washed my sheets a week ago.. but no worries.. i am all set.. sitting on my couch... watching the mentalist.. sharing Tales From The COUCH!!! hahahahh good times! Sleep well everyone!! Have great dreams!

a day in the life of a blogger

so.... who knew that blogging could be so addicting.. since i started this blog at 11:30 this morning, i have NOT stop thinking about it... it is now 1:15am.. i should be sleeping yet my head is full of ideas and it just is not ready for bed.. im a quote lover.. i love inspiration.. and i love my job.. so this blog is dedicated to that.. quotes, inspiration, and teaching.. i think im off to a good start.. now, only if i could only spend as much time cleaning my condo as i do on the internet, id be all set.. haha

my new obsession...

i have always admired people who were able to share their thoughts, lives, likes, dislikes, obsessions and annoyances (i think you know what i mean). Never, ever, did i think that a. i would be one to share, b. i had anything to share, or c. anyone would actually care about my boring, unimpressive life. Thanks to a very good friend, who inspires me every day, i have taken the plunge into the life of a blogger.. and now i am obsessed! So, although i lead a pretty simple life, i hope you enjoy my tales from, as everyone who really knows me knows, my absolute favorite place to be, the COUCH!!!
